Plastisol

Plastisol printing is the traditional style of screen printing. This ink creates a design that sits on top of the fabric for a traditional look and feels.

Soft Hand

This process uses the same environmentally friendly, phthalate free plastisol ink as our standard printing, but the ink is chemically reduced to have a softer feel on the shirt.

Simulated Process

Simulated Process is a method used to reproduce almost any image on the market. It does so by overlapping and blending colors in a method similar to CMYK through using halftones and spot colors and/or PMS colors.

Foil

Foil printing is a speciality printing process which uses heat, pressure and metallic paper. This is used to create different shiny designs and graphics on various materials.

Discharge Inks

Traditional, low solids, water-based ink. Unlike traditional water-based ink, discharge has a few extra ingredients and a discharge activator that removes the dyes in the shirt, stripping it to its natural fiber.

Puff Printing

Puff ink is a screen printing ink additive that once heat is applied to the ink, it slightly raises from the t shirt like a freshly baked loaf of bread.
